Purpose Statement
Lay Witnesses for Christ International's purpose is to fulfill through Christ's wisdom and power, the great commission - to be His witnesses and make disciples for Him in all nations, and to equip others to do so. In making this our purpose we believe we are giving soul winning the priority Christ assigned to it.

Mission Statement
Lay Witnesses for Christ International is committed to three main goals throughout the world:
- One-on-One evangelism through various types of out reaches and rallies
- Reviving a God given zeal for soul winning within the Body of Christ
- Sharing Christ with athletes and encouraging them to utilize their platforms to witness and influence
Vision Statement
Lay Witnesses for Christ International accomplishes it purpose and mission through various ministries:
- International Conferences -
worldwide events wherein the staff gather from around the world for leadership meetings, prayer, encouragement and inspiration.
- Reach Outs - worldwide events that take place at major sporting competition events, including "Evening with the Stars".
- Athlete Speaker Bureau - a service under which LWFCI supplies athletes to speak at various church and parachurch ministry rallies and banquets.
- Stars for Christ - teams of athletes (basketball, volleyball, etc.) that travel to Reach Outs and on Mission Trips to compete with church and community teams where they witness to the other team members and spectators.
- RIGHT TRACK Drug, Alcohol and Violence Prevention Program - an action packed, attention grabbing program that features athletes encouraging elementary, junior high, high school students to stay away from drugs, alcohol, premarital sex, gangs, etc. and to listen to those who care unconditionally.
- Christian Athlete of the Year - annual event that recognizes deserving student athletes in high school and college that are examples of excellence in academics, sports, and Christian values.
